Do it yourself clean install \/ problem solving<\/strong>
\nIt somesime happens that the application is having trouble caused by a invalid configuration or statefile.
\nIf you want to start all-over with a clean installation: use the following steps to start with a fresh install.<\/p>\n

NOTE: Make sure you have all the usenet server settings at hand, all settings will be reset!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Automatic cleanup<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Download\u00a0Cleanup Application<\/a>\u00a0here<\/li>\n
  2. Unzip if download is still zipped<\/li>\n
  3. Start “CleanupNZBVortexApp”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Manual cleanup<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Quit NZBVortex<\/li>\n
    2. Delete NZBVortex from your Applications folder.
      \nDrag NZBVortex from Applications folder to your Trash.<\/li>\n
    3. Execute steps below “Downloaded from Mac App Store<\/em>” or “Downloaded from site<\/em>“<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
      Downloaded from Mac App Store\u00a0<\/em><\/div>\n
        \n
      1. Open Finder<\/li>\n
      2. Press CMD-Shift-G
        \nThis will open a “Go to the folder:” sheet.<\/li>\n
      3. Enter\u00a0~\/Library\/Containers\/com.NZBVortex.NZBVortex\/Data\/Library<\/strong>
        \nINCLUDING the\u00a0~<\/strong>\u00a0character in front of it!
        \nAnd click the Go button<\/li>\n
      4. Delete the following:
        \nApplication Support\/NZBVortex
        \nPreferences\/com.NZBVortex.NZBVortex.plist<\/li>\n
      5. After the optional Thorough cleanup mentioned below; redownload the app from the Mac App Store<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        Downloaded from site<\/em><\/div>\n
          \n
        1. Open Finder<\/li>\n
        2. Press CMD-Shift-G while Finder is top window
          \nThis will open a “Go to the folder:” sheet.<\/li>\n
        3. Enter\u00a0~\/Library
          \n<\/strong>INCLUDING the\u00a0~<\/strong>\u00a0character in front of it!
          \nAnd click the Go button<\/li>\n
        4. Delete the following:
          \nApplication Support\/NZBVortex
          \nPreferences\/com.NZBVortex.NZBVortex.plist<\/li>\n
        5. Open application “Keychain access” via Spotlight (top right looking glass)<\/li>\n
        6. Search for and delete “NZBVortex license” in\u00a0login keychain<\/strong><\/li>\n
        7. After the optional Thorough cleanup mentioned below; redownload the app from this site<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Download Onyx<\/a><\/li>\n
            2. Start Onyx<\/li>\n
            3. Select “Automation” tab<\/li>\n
            4. Select all checkboxes<\/li>\n
